Sex Therapy

Sex can be tough to talk about. With me, it won’t be. We’ll start where you feel comfortable and your consent is always top of mind.

Sex therapy can restore a sense of vitality, connection, and normalcy by improving a variety of sexual concerns. These include:

  • Out of control sexual behavior (OCSB), which is sometimes referred to as sex addiction or pornography addiction

  • Sexual pain or dyspareunia and vaginismus

  • Erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, and delayed ejaculation

  • Sexuality and cancer

  • Sex and substance use

  • Reviving sex in a long-term relationship

  • Lack of orgasm or anorgasmia, low desire, and low arousal.

  • Recovery from sexual assault

Therapy can also focus on healing from shame, engaging in kink or polyamory, navigating changes arising in menopause, and understanding your own sexuality, gender, or asexuality.

Sex therapy is for individuals, couples, and polycules.

Sex is an important part of life and it’s ok to want to improve your sex life.
