Information shared in therapy is confidential and protected by law. Your personal health information will not be disclosed without your written authorization except in limited circumstances required or permitted by law, including but not limited to:

• Risk of serious harm to yourself or others

• Suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or dependent adult

• Court orders or legal requirements

• Coordination of care with your consent
  

Electronic Communication

Website contact forms and general email communication are not HIPAA-secure. Clients are encouraged to use designated secure platforms for clinical communication once services begin.

Records & Security

Client records are maintained using HIPAA-compliant systems and safeguarded through administrative, physical, and technical protections.
